Various Customer Service Meltdowns

Some people get mad. I mean like… really really mad. Whatever it is about being on the telephone to someone, and not being face to face, allows for this giant gap in etiquette which allows people to just go absolutely ballistic on people.

Now don’t get me wrong. I know that people can blow up on each other in person, and in one another’s faces, but I just feel that it blows out of control so much quicker on the phone.

It is literally call after call of absolutely irate customers screaming their lungs out at some poor unsuspecting guy. Hell, it isn’t even like it is halfway through the phone call. It is just instant hate.
